What's coming, roughly in order. No dates: it's built in spare time, and your feedback moves things up. Updated with each release.

Light pools for every light shape in more overlays, and a real night photo of your plan as an option (instead of the drawn night look).
Persons on several floors: the card follows the floor a person is on.
Polishing from your feedback: bonds, phantoms, the night look, people, room shapes.

Later

Comfort colours per room shape: the room fills with its temperature colour, now that rooms can have a shape.
Motion zones that fill when something moves and fade over the next minutes: you see the path through the corridor.
Doors and covers drawn: an opening arc for doors, a shade over the window for blinds.
Coverage map: an estimate of the Zigbee / Wi-Fi coverage from the signals measured at the devices' spots, so you see where a repeater would help.
Zigbee2MQTT network map (roles and links), like ZHA today.
